EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Hotel Industry.
  • Strong Operational/Technical Knowledge.
  • Strong customer focused & relationship management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication analytical and reasoning skills well versed with problem solving techniques
  • Strong process orientation leadership abilities and organizational skills
  • Entrepreneurial skills, thinks out of the box, Dynamic and result oriented.
  • Go-getter comfortable taking ownership of projects and expanding scope of responsibilities.
  • Candidate willing to work as well as supervise the Housekeeping Staffs can apply.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • To manage the Resort to provide courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service that is consistent with the Resort's standard Policies & Procedures in order to maximize guest satisfaction.
  • Strive to achieve optimum operating results while providing guests with the highest level of service and satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage all aspects of the Housekeeping department and ensure all service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service
  • Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests
  • Maximize rooms revenue through participating in yield management meetings and implementing supporting agreed upon Revenue Management strategies and practices
  • Any matter which may affect the interests of the hotel should be brought to the attention of the Management.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

  • Day shift
  • Morning shift
  • Night shift
  • Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Canacona, Goa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
