EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Hotel Industry.
- Strong Operational/Technical Knowledge.
- Strong customer focused & relationship management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication analytical and reasoning skills well versed with problem solving techniques
- Strong process orientation leadership abilities and organizational skills
- Entrepreneurial skills, thinks out of the box, Dynamic and result oriented.
- Go-getter comfortable taking ownership of projects and expanding scope of responsibilities.
- Candidate willing to work as well as supervise the Housekeeping Staffs can apply.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- To manage the Resort to provide courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service that is consistent with the Resort's standard Policies & Procedures in order to maximize guest satisfaction.
- Strive to achieve optimum operating results while providing guests with the highest level of service and satisfaction.
- Lead and manage all aspects of the Housekeeping department and ensure all service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service
- Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests
- Maximize rooms revenue through participating in yield management meetings and implementing supporting agreed upon Revenue Management strategies and practices
- Any matter which may affect the interests of the hotel should be brought to the attention of the Management.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
