Position: Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our production team to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, creativity, strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the production team to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with client’s needs.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, print, and digital advertising.
  • Develop and maintain marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and website content.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and communications adhere to brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices, sharing insights with the team and incorporating them into marketing strategies.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing role.
  • Strong knowledge of various marketing channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and software.
  • Experience with automations in email marketing applications such as Keap/Infusionsoft, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot or similar.
  • Strong skills in Adobe suite of products.
  • Must have your own computer with an Adobe license.

Job Type: Part-time; 10 to 20 hours per week with room to grow for the right candidate.

Salary: $22.00 per hour
